On November 26th 2010, Jean-Philippe Lebleu adressed  2500 haitians assembled in Cap-Haïtien.  The discussion took place in french and  followed the fault lines of the present global economic crisis, what exisits as a potential to help Haïti and how the NAWAPA project could help transform the geometry of world relations.
